About Me

I started quilting after completing some hand-embroidered butterfly blocks. Then I asked a friend who had done some beautiful quilts if she would help design a quilt using those blocks. After that, quilting filled every spare moment. With the love for embroidery, machine embroidery was added and because I wanted to do the complete quilt, free motion quilting was added to give the quilts an attractive finish.

Never would I have thought I would be doing this since as a teenager I had a strong dislike for sewing of any kind. It has been a joy to give quilts to various family members, to several families in need during winter months, to hurricane victims and to friends needing comfort from dealing with life struggles.

I’m thankful to God for allowing me this opportunity to now offer them to you.
